The unit is cat friendly, but no dogs at this time please. Tenant is responsible for paying electricity. Water, sewer, recycling, and trash is included(recycling pickup on Thursday and trash on Friday weekly). We ask that each adult (18 and over) who would be living in the home submit a separate application. We perform a credit check, background check, current employer reference and landlord reference. * We do full background checks & are seeking qualified, long-term residents.
