Water, trash, & heat are covered by the owner. We will never charge a lease administration fee to our tenants, and we have zero "mandatory fees" tacked on to your base rental rate. Your financial responsibility as a Tenant remains only to pay your deposits, rent and utilities on time (electricity and cable/internet).
