Front patio facing east and deck off the kitchen in the fenced backyard. Two car garage with garage door opener. Yard is irrigated with a sprinkler system.
Pets are allowed if house trained, limited in number, spayed or neutered, and friendly. Limited to two pets combined. No pet deposit or pet rent, but any damage done by pets will not be considered normal wear and tear.
This house is close to W light rail line, an easy walk to Decatur or Knox stations. 20 minute bike ride to downtown Denver and close to the frisbee gold course at Paco Sanchez Park.
Initial 10 or 11 month lease preferred, then month to month - last tenants stayed here approximately 10 years. Credit check is paid for by property owner. Applications are only accepted after someone has come to see the property, or has arranged for a virtual walk through and around the house. Credit score must be 680 or higher on the FICO 2 scoring unless applicant is receiving house assistance.
