This house is a Single Family home on 1/8th of an acre with a fenced in back yard. Located at the edge of Lakewood and Denver, it is about a 20 minute drive to the Denver Tech Center, Red Rocks, and downtown. The room for rent includes the 12’ x 12’ master bedroom, 6’ x 6’ walk in closet, and dedicated bathroom with standing shower. It also includes off street/driveway parking for up to 2 cars. The house has central Heating and window units for AC right now. I plan on switching to central AC early 2026. House includes Washer and Dryer. Gas stove and oven. Fridge has water and ice maker. The renter will be living with 1 other person (me, the homeowner) so the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all shared spaces. There is also a 2nd full bath available for guests and visitors, but normally request it be free unless a tub is needed. This is a Colorado Green friendly household. It is NOT a party house and am not looking for someone who just wants to drink and party. I went hard in my 20’s and stopped drinking Alcohol at 31 and am trying to make money and enjoy life with friends and hobbies. (Renter is more than welcome to drink, but prefer someone who has it under control. I am open to the renter having a dog, but require it not be too big, too noisy, and must trained. Since I will be at home all day, I do not want to cater to someone else’s annoying and evil dog. I would require meeting the dog before finalizing rental agreements. There would be a pet deposit and monthly fee. More about Myself: I am a 34 year old male originally from Texas, but have lived in Colorado for the past 10 years. I work from home so I will be in the office/music room from 7am -4pm Monday -Friday. Outside of work hours, I enjoy making music, playing video games, mountain biking, watching TV, technology, cooking, and DIY updates and crafting. Since the renter and I will be living together, I will like to schedule a meeting at a coffee shop or something to meet and see if it’s the right fit.
