Until we have received the Portable Screening Report directly from the agency we will continue to screen applicants until the property has been rented. 3. The report must be dated in the past 30 days. 4. The report is provided directly by the agency that produced the report, and we are not charged by the agency to get the report. 5. The report is required for each applicant. 6.
