I do live on the property and work full time from home. I have 1 medium sized dog who is very friendly. I am open to welcoming a small-medium sized dog but no cats as I am allergic. Common areas would be shared such as living room and kitchen. There is a 2 car garage, which leaves 1 parking space for grabs for a small monthly fee. Easy access to E Woodmen Rd or N Powers. 10 minute drive to St Francis Hospital. 20 minute drive to UCCS. 30 minute drive to USAF Academy. 30 minute drive to Fort Carson. Easy access to many food places and shopping. Since this is new construction, the neighborhood isn’t fully developed but I was informed there will be a couple of parks in the upcoming future. Please feel free to message me with any questions and we can also set up some time to chat/meet as well to see if you would be a good fit. This space would be best for single occupancy.
