This home has CENTRAL A/C! The master bedroom has a king bed, and the secondary bedrooms have queen beds. As soon as you enter the home you step foot into the spacious living room with a large sectional couch and smart LG TV where you can log in to all of your favorite streaming applications. As you make your way into the home the dining room and kitchen await. The backyard has everything you need for entertaining a full family; it features a large patio area with a wood fire pit, and propane grill. Not to mention the backyard is fenced in for all puppy needs!
Upon arrival, you will have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage (if you have additional vehicles there is street parking available). Once you get to the front door you will enter the code given to you previous to arrival. You will have access to the entire home including the backyard. The only space that you will not have access to will be the garage.

The neighborhood is very quiet and close to local parks including Windmill Mesa Park, Deerfield Park, and Fountain Creek Regional Park. We are located 7 miles from downtown Colorado Springs, 13 miles from Garden of the Gods, 22 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, and 24 miles from the Air Force Academy! Laid back neighborhood with a beautiful backyard where people come to relax and unwind! Conveniently close to downtown!
Uber or Lyft will take you just about anywhere in Colorado Springs! An all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended in the winter/snowy months (November-May) but not required.
Pet Friendly - One well-behaved dog is welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Please pick up/bag up dog poo and place it in the outdoor trash can in the front of the home before checking out.
