Nice manufactured home in a friendly mobile home park, ShangriLa. The location is really good being very close to I-25, Fillmore, downtown, and the shops at Nevada. Has a bright, spacious feel with the living room opening up to the kitchen.
The floorplan is just right with the kitchen and living room in front and the two bedrooms and bath towards the back. Another great feature of this home is the large covered and screened-in patio, perfect for summertime outdoor meals.
