The community has tons of open greenspace, a well maintained tennis/pickleball court and a nice outdoor pool. The entrance is manned by a private guard and the property is very quiet and secluded. Our upstairs unit is nicely updated and very well maintained. It has a remodeled kitchen and bath that include granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We also offer a front loading washer and dryer and air conditioning. A large deck off the back of the property overlooks Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak as well. There is an oversized carport with one parking space under cover and plenty of uncovered/unassigned parking in immediate area. Adjacent to the carport is a private storage space as well.
This place is a gem for someone looking for a little serenity after a long day. This neighborhood is about 5 minutes to Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes to Old Colorado City-shopping and restaurants, Red Rock Canyon open space and Manitou Springs.
