The home features a large paved driveway with room for multiple vehicles, a back deck, front entry with a storage closet and a gas grill. It is completely furnished and ready to be your Rocky Mountain basecamp for the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season.
Dogs can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Two large water heaters so everyone gets a hot shower! Tenants will be responsible for Xcel Energy billing for gas and electricity, trash removal & internet. The rent is $6,500/month along with a security deposit equal to a month’s rent that can be paid in three installments starting the second month of the lease term.
