We are a group of four young professionals in our twenties and thirties looking for the right person to share our house with!
The room:
Bedroom 1 (130 sq ft). Large window, closet with new bifold doors, shared bathroom. $850 (utilities covered).
The House:
Big tri-level house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We are close to Golden (8 miles), old towne Arvada (5 miles), Denver (14 miles), Boulder (20 miles), RTD and light rail, and most importantly 1-70 to get into the mountains! We are right next to grocery stores, the Apex Rec Center, Ralston Creek Trail, Yankee Doodle Park and Trail.
Shared space:
Big house with vaulted ceiling living room, cozy fireplace, instruments galore, and a 65” full array TV. We have a nice front yard and fenced backyard with mature trees and grape vines. Everyone is expected to keep the kitchen and common areas clean.
Oh yea:
Cannot be allergic to rabbits or getting fresh eggs from the backyard… We have a pet rabbit and chickens that live in the backyard (see photos).
