We welcome 2 pets per apartment home including cats, dogs or any pet with fins or feathers. There is a one-time pet fee of $400 (non-refundable) per pet, $800 fee for pets over 25 lbs. Pet rent is $25 per month, $50 per month for pets over 25 lbs. There is a no weight limit, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
