Bedroom has installed ceiling light railing and a mirrored closet that has custom built in storage drawers and shelves. There is also plenty of floor to ceiling windows in every room making it very bright with sweeping canyon views to die for. The living room has a wet bar and storage cabinetry in it. Underneath the house is a huge deck perfect for outdoor bbq dining or just relax in the sun and read a book..The street does not have any traffic and there is no noise except for birds chirping, I guarantee the noise level!! The house is in a quiet, remote and secluded location and is only 8 minutes from Ventura blvd and 7 mins from sunset blvd.. Guests may sleep overnight 2 nights a week only. If you have extensive knowledge about the neighborhood you will realize that small units for rent hardly exist in this neighborhood unless you're going to rent an entire house. You must be working with documented earning of at least 80k annually, good credit score with no evictions or bankruptcies on your credit report. Only one small sized dog or cat. If you are a musician or disc jockey etc. profession that like to blast noise then I highly suggest you pass on this property, this house is a quiet community and quiet night time hours are enforced from 12am till 7 am, vice versa. The house is consisted of three separate units. There is a main house on top where it’s double occupancy enforced and only a married couple occupy it, they will never bother you with any loud noise above you guaranteed in writing beforehand. On the exact opposite side of the house is an identical unit compared to this unit and is a single occupancy enforced , one tenant with a dog occupies it. As you can see I keep the occupancy level of the house to a bare minimum so everyone can enjoy peace and quiet to the max at this retreat perfect for writers and professionals that seek peace and quiet. There is no Starbucks, rtd bus stop, and heavy traffic if that’s what you’re looking for. Utilities are about $180-200 a month which includes gas, water, electric and trash.
