If I were to review my own apartment this would be the review:
"I stayed here for a while and really enjoyed it. The location couldn’t be better—you can walk to the beach, and Abbot Kinney is right there with amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques. It felt like I had the best of Venice Beach right outside my door, and it made exploring LA super easy.
The apartment is a studio, so the bed and living area are open to each other, which actually made the space feel bigger and brighter. The bed was really comfortable, and there was also a sofa bed that worked well when I had a friend visit. The kitchen is in a separate room, which I liked because it kept cooking smells out of the main space, and it had everything I needed to cook meals at home. One thing I especially appreciated was the large walk-in closet—it gave me plenty of space to unpack and tuck my luggage away, which helped keep the studio feeling uncluttered.
Being on the ground floor, I also had access to an outdoor area with tables and chairs. They’re a little worn, but honestly, I didn’t see the neighbors much, so it almost felt like my own private patio. It was a nice spot to have coffee in the morning or relax in the evenings.
Wi-Fi was reliable the whole time, check-in was smooth, and communication was quick whenever I had a question. Street parking was usually easy to find as well.
Overall, this studio was a great mix of comfort and convenience. The layout worked perfectly for my stay, the walk-in closet was a huge bonus, and the location can’t be beat. I’d happily stay here again."

Includes wall-mounted A/C and ceiling fan for comfort.
Entertainment – Smart Roku TV and free Wi-Fi.

"I stayed here for two months and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location was incredible—I could walk to the beach and Abbot Kinney was just around the corner with great restaurants, coffee shops, and unique little boutiques. It was amazing to step outside and instantly feel the Venice vibe without needing a car all the time.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small 5-unit building. It’s an older place with some quirks and a little wear, but that actually gave it character and made it feel authentic. Inside, it was bright, clean, and well set up. The bed was super cozy, the living room was a great space to relax or work, and the sofa bed came in handy when a friend stayed over. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, which saved me from eating out too much.
The coin laundry in the back was convenient—I usually found a machine without any problem, and even when I had to wait, it wasn’t a big deal. Wi-Fi was strong the entire time, perfect for working remotely. Communication and check-in were smooth and easy, and street parking was usually available nearby.
Overall, this place really felt like home during my stay. It’s not shiny or brand-new, but that’s what I liked—it has charm, comfort, and an unbeatable location. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting an authentic Venice Beach experience."

"I had a fantastic stay at Marie’s place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and even bigger than I expected. The location couldn’t have been better, close to the beach, canals, shops, and great restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and Marie was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in and a quick fix to a door lock issue.
The apartment had everything I needed: comfortable bed, fresh linens, towels, strong Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. Parking was easy to find on the street (just keep an eye on the street cleaning signs), which made things super convenient. I especially appreciated how easy it was to get around and how comfortable the space felt—it really made it a perfect spot for both work and leisure.
Overall, this is a great value in Venice, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this Venice spot! The apartment had that classic LA charm—slightly older with some creaks here and there—but it was clean, comfortable, and felt very peaceful. It was also more spacious than I expected, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table that fit four, and plenty of natural light in every room. The neighborhood itself was quiet and residential, which gave me a nice break from the busier beach crowds. Parking was surprisingly easy to find on the street, even at different times of day.
Communication with Marie was excellent—she was super responsive, kind, and helpful anytime I had a question. A couple of small things like a light out or a lock quirk popped up, but they were minor and quickly handled. Overall, this was a peaceful and convenient home base for my trip, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
