1 room in a 4 bedroom home in a great neighborhood located close to shops and restaurants in Sunnyvale, patio/deck, AC, laundry, safe neighborhood, clean. The home is co ed. We are currently 2 women and 2 men all in our early 30s. I am moving out and need someone to take over my lease which ends in 02/16/2026! . Room is rented through Bungalow. Bungalow is the app we use to make any maintenance requests and pay rent. I have been living here since 2020 and have enjoyed the easy going clean environment and love the neighborhood, but i have decided to move out with my partner. My room is large with high ceilings and an electric fireplace and windows that get good lighting. Your private room would be located downstairs with a small half bathroom that would mainly be used by you. The upstairs bathroom is shared amongst 3 people. Utilities on average range from $150-$300 a month per person. House cleaning is provided once a month with total! My room is lower than others in the area due to that I moved here during the pandemic in 2020 and you would be taking over my lease so you would get a great deal total: $1200 w/utilties+cleaning service
