33 E Alder St Apartments

Our apartment building has 4 units, 2 upstairs & 2 downstairs. The one we are offering is on the first floor (33 E Alder). It is a quiet building with single occupants in each of the other units at this time. The apartment has a definite vibe of "vintage", which we know some folks really like. We have recently remodeled the kitchen, installed new carpeting, and painted the entire apartment. There is a claw-foot bathtub/shower and new vanity in the bathroom. It also has a porch outside front door for the tenant to use.
