This modern unit has been recently remodeled and freshly painted, featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout (no carpet) and both heating and cooling. The updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (Zeeline range, dual-freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), and modern shaker cabinets. The bathroom offers a new vanity and walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit. Exterior and landscaping improvements are partially complete and expected to be finalized soon. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
