Close to Ventura Blvd and Riverside Dr. On one end of our block is Ventura Blvd and a Big Ralphs grocery store with a Starbucks inside. Wells Fargo Bank is next door. Ventura Blvd is loaded with restaurants and shops it’s great to walk to the store or dinner and walk home. On the other end of our block is a Trader Joe’s grocery store and a neat Asian store called Farm Boy that makes fresh squeezed juices. Casa Vieja is also right next door to the Fashion Square Mall so you can walk to the mall and not worry about a parking spot. And just a few blocks away is Sherman Oaks Recreation Center where everyone can walk and play sports or swim. Our building is open and airy with a nice swimming pool right in the middle. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Casa Vieja is a pet friendly and people friendly building. Come visit.
