This charming studio is located close to the Boardwalk and Main Beach, a short walk to downtown and all its attraction. The space has new carpet and kitchen flooring! A full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is no closet space, so the new resident would need to bring a wardrobe. The kitchen features cabinets and shelving, an apartment-sized fridge and a full sized gas stove and range. Included in the rent are all utilities (water, PG&E and trash), as well as a parking spot. Due to the fact that the landlord pays for all utilities, the rental rate is $1,600 for a single person and $1,650 for a couple. No pets. Security deposit is $1,600 with a one year lease.
