The complex has a nice pool, a covered picnic area, a play structure for the kids, and a coin op laundry. There is 1 off street parking space, and TONS of street parking right in front. I'm pet friendly with an extra non refundable cleaning fee upfront ($300/pet) Water is a flat rate of $100/month, you would pay power/cable/internet, and have them in your name. Tenant pays first and last month's rent upon moving in, as well as a $3600 deposit (+$300 with a pet). I know that's pretty huge right at the start, so I'm also willing to negotiate a payment plan over the first 6-12 months if you need. I can give tours most mornings or evenings and weekends. I accept section 8 No smoking indoors (anything)
