There is a cute yard and a wonderful deck outside, as well as a partially covered deck off the downstairs bedroom. There are views of the bay, Oakland and the lovely Bernal Hill. The house is flooded with light that beckons you out the french doors to enjoy your coffee, sandwich or just a breath of fresh air on the deck or in the garden. Come and enjoy the best of Bernal! There is a full size washer and dryer available. There is ample street parking available in the neighborhood. No children allowed. We will allow one dog under 35 pounds with an additional monthly $100 pet fee. We offer WiFi, but there is no TV in the home. Central heating, but no AC. Street parking is plentiful in the neighborhood, no designated parking. Guests are required to sign a lease. There is a 1.8% fee on the monthly rate that is applied to all bookings.
