There is currently no vacancies in this eight-story new build. We are looking to have someone join our lease through its end. You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant. If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling is roughly $4,000 per month, You'll pay just $3,800 per month all inclusive and we wwill cover the monthly difference.
