Bathroom has tub/shower, vanity and toilet. Condo has small outdoor seating area with a Traeger grill available for use. Pantry holds kitchen staples and washer/dryer. Condo is NOT in flight path, the trolly/train is located behind building therefor the street crossing bell does ring when trolley passes but they are not allowed to blow horns in Downtown living quarters. Little Italy association cleans the sidewalks daily and property maintenance keeps building tidy. Trash is located in center of building where tenant will have to walk their larger items to that area. There are some personal belongings of owner stored in closet/pantry that are out of the renters way. Light weights available for renter in high board of living room. House rules to be observed: San Diego county has quiet hours from 10PM to 6AM, absolutely no smoking/use of tobacco within property or patio.
