So please, cleaning is up to you. The other two rooms will be $1100 per month. There will be plus $200 for a couple. There is a shared full bath upstairs and downstairs so sharing wouldn't be a problem. There will be no smoking, vaping, partying, pets, or guests that will be staying overnight. Credit, Employment, and Background Verification will be required. A deposit of one month's rent is also required. Length of stay can be negotiable on a monthly basis.
