The Mission Verde condominiums are a well-established community located in the heart of Mission Valley. Built in 1979 and comprising over 200 units. Amenities include; swimming pool/spa, BBQ's, 2 parking spots (assigned parking spot is covered), tennis/pickleball/basketball court, volleyball net, clubhouse/rec room, laundry facilities in building and large one near pool. Quick access to the 8 and 5 freeways, close to local trolley stations and minutes from Mission and Fashion Valley Mall, short drive to Snapdragon Stadium, SDSU and beaches, very close to multiple grocery stores and fast food restaurants.
