In general, centrally located in San Diego to Downtown, Airport, Sea World, Fiesta Island and Mission Bay (all 5-10 min drive). Two blocks off Friars road where there are bus stops too and very close to trolley transit station. Two assigned parking spots in this quiet 10 unit complex. Freshly painted interior, new washer/dryer and dishwasher, upgraded fixtures (faucets, lights, etc.) and new blinds. Bedroom blinds are blackout for a great night sleep! Bedrooms are 12x10 and 11x10. Large family room is 18x15. Top floor unit so no footsteps above. Roof top deck with views of Mission Bay and Sea World fireworks. Water and trash dumpster are included with rent. A locked storage room and bike room are available to tenants. Owner lives in San Diego and manages and maintains condo (USD graduate). I'm happy to provide a tour anytime and answer questions.
