Enjoy the free ride service that whisks you around downtown at no cost, and for those times you prefer your own wheels, you have one secure underground parking spot available also for free! Electricity Information: In sunny San Diego, electricity is tiered based on usage. Typically, the monthly bill ranges from $75 to $100, but if you use portable AC or run multiple appliances, it can vary. Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire unit, your designated underground parking spot, and all community amenities, including the gym, seating areas, fire pit, and grill. Important Note: While downtown San Diego offers incredible convenience and experiences, it's important to be aware of the local homeless situation. Our clean and safe program works hard to maintain the streets, but you may occasionally notice tents set up nearby.
