4bedrm 2 1/2 bath house all wood floors with yard & garage. Stainless steel appliance in kitchen. Washer/dryer in garage but will not be replaced or repaired by owner, you may choose to bring your own. Garage with drive way. Nice sized yard with cover over cement patio area. $4000 a month 1 year lease. Tenant pays all utilities. Remote controls for garage. Gardener paid by owner. 1 dog or cat ok, must fill out pet agreement $500 deposit. (ESA's/service animals with you filling out our forms to get verified as well). All forms are sent to a 3rd party verification to check information out & report back to us on findings. Qualifying criteria is as follows: 700+ credit, great rental history 3+ years, verifiable income by paystubs only, total combined income before taxes must be 3 times the amount of monthly rent. $3800 sec deposit (oac).
