If you want your own room, rent ranges from $1400-$1600 depending on the room size — or if you're open to the room-share idea based on travel schedules, we could get creative with it to bring rent down even more and build a chill, like-minded travel community by the beach. I'm really hoping to find a few people who love to travel, enjoy having a supportive, good-vibes home base, and are into the idea of creating a flexible space together.
