We have a cozy downstairs duplex 1 bed, 1 bath home in San Diego, located near Gamma Street, available for rent now at $1,450 per month. Utilities including water, electricity, and sewer are covered in the rent. The home is centrally located close to downtown San Diego and comes with one assigned off-street parking space. You’ll be renting directly from caring mom-and-pop landlords, rather than a commercial property management company. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis with additional pet fees, but smoking is not permitted. Please note there is no on-site laundry. The lease is for 12 months, and applicants must show proof of employment for at least three months, provide proof of income at 2.5 to 3 times the rent, and have a minimum credit score of 700. A background and credit check are required. Move-in costs include a $1,450 security deposit plus the first month’s rent. Renters insurance is required, and because utilities are included, there is an additional $100 monthly fee for a second occupant.
