There are bars, restaurants and more to do all around the area, many are free and walking distance. Seaworld Fireworks are comfortably visible from the patio. The unit is private, and quiet, likewise the ocean breeze flows through the unit keeping it fresh and safe. Want to go out and party? walk, or short (under 5 minute) uber ride. Views of downtown and surrounding mesas. The property is on the top floor, so you can expect to sun tan all day. Bay parks are up the street, a walk away, and have access to the water, sports, playgrounds, safe-bay-paths (not on the street), outdoor gyms and more. About the owner: I am a computer programmer and work from home; I often backpack or travel so you can expect during your stay that I will begone several nights or longer each month (TBD).
