NO SMOKING PLEASE. 7-minute Walk to world famous Balboa Park and its 18-hole golf course with amazing view clubhouse and driving range or see the rest of the park and museums. 10-minute drive to downtown, Petco Park, Convention Center, Gaslamp District, Seaport Village and world-famous San Diego Zoo. 10 minutes to beautiful white sand Coronado Beach and the historic Hotel Del Coronado. I will send you a personal door code and house manual in the week prior to your arrival. We are readily available between 6am-6pm and also available after hours only in case of emergency. South Park is unique, historic, trendy, and small-business oriented. The only chain store or restaurant here is Target Express and 7-11. 99% of guests who have stayed here have loved the neighborhood and location. South Park is a great walkable community (and lots of people bike around too) but there is also a busstop just 2 blocks down the street on 30th. However, we prefer Lyft, uber or car2go, it's fun! We provide enough consumable supplies like TP, Paper Towels, and dishwasher detergent for the first few days and after that the guest can for providing their own.
