Amenities include Washer and dryer, climate-controlled Heat and A/C, HEPA air purifier, comfortable Queen bed with luxurious bed sheets, blinds on all windows + black-out curtains in bedroom, hardwood floors, small Private Deck, new ceiling fans throughout, bathroom remodeled in with full-sized tub and overhead rain showerhead. New high quality queen mattress available for set up in living room. There is a new 24" Smart TV in the bedroom, you can watch Netflix and DirecTV. NO SMOKING PLEASE. 7-minute Walk to world famous Balboa Park and its 18-hole golf course with amazing view clubhouse and driving range or see the rest of the park and museums. 10-minute drive to downtown, Petco Park, Convention Center, Gaslamp District, Seaport Village and world-famous San Diego Zoo. 10 minutes to beautiful white sand Coronado Beach and the historic Hotel Del Coronado. Beautiful shared secure courtyard with privacy fence, jacuzzi and laundry room with full sized Whirlpool washer and dryer. I will send you a personal door code and house manual in the week prior to your arrival. I will check in with you via messaging within the first 24 hours of your arrival and as long as everything is OK will leave you alone to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. We are readily available between 6am-6pm and also available after hours only in case of emergency. South Park is unique, historic, trendy, and small-business oriented. The only chain store or restaurant here is Target Express and 7-11. 99% of guests who have stayed here have loved the neighborhood and location. South Park is a great walkable community (and lots of people bike around too) but there is also a busstop just 2 blocks down the street on 30th. However, we prefer Lyft, uber or car2go, it's fun! Please only use from 9am-9pm. Guests are welcome to use the shared gas BBQ in the courtyard, but they are Need to provide their own propane. We provide enough consumable supplies like TP, Paper Towels, and dishwasher detergent for the first few days and after that the guest can for providing their own.
