Ample parking on street or in driveway, though driveway is steep. There is a small storage shed that the tenant can use. It will fit a bike or boxes. Large fenced yard and deck. The home was fully renovated in 2018. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The nearest bus stop is a half-mile as well as the nearest grocery store. Mini Target is less than a mile away along with a wonderful assortment of restaurants, breweries, bars, and gyms. The home is near the flight path, so has some plane noise. This is not usually a problem for most people. Applications can be completed, but approval won't occur until we meet for a tour of property face to face. LEASE Terms: One year lease w/ option to renew. Owner lives next door, but will not bother the tenant. UTILITIES: Tenant pays SDGE and a portion of Water, Sewage, and Trash ($100).
