This Banker's Hill 1 bed / 1 bath is on the 7th floor looking East towards Balboa Park. We are looking to have someone be added to our lease through its end. You would be the only one residing in the space or with your co-applicant. You'll pay just $3,000 per month all inclusive and we will cover the monthly difference through January 31, 2027. If you had applied for one of Kaya's vacancies, the average costs for their 1 bedroom, including base rent, utilities, Wi-Fi and common area charges such as water, trash and recycling are roughly $4,000 per month. If you wanted to move forward, we'd then share a link to the developments rental application where you will apply. Once approved by the Kaya leasing team, you would be added as a lessee on our lease.
