Important Notes: * Stairs are required to access the unit * The home is older * The property is near the airport and highway; noise may be heard, especially outdoors Parking: There is one assigned parking spot in the driveway available for your unit. When you enter the driveway, your spot will be on the right and is marked with yellow paint. The other two tandem spots belong to the unit next door, so please do not park there. Check-In / Check-Out: * Check-in: 4:00 PM or later (unless approved) * Check-out: 11:00 AM * Late check-out fee: $100 per 15 minutes after 11:00 AM A signed check-in form is required before arrival and includes ID upload, selfie, and agreement to house rules. Access codes are not issued without completion. Reservations may be canceled within 24 hours of booking if house rules are not accepted.
