Hello. I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom, two bath house in the Valencia Park neighborhood. Good location for easy access to 5, 805, 15 and 94 freeways. House is on a cul-de-sac, with driveway parking for tenants. Neighbors are great and the hood is pretty quiet. Full house access. Washer/dryer. Bedrooms are 10’ x 12’. Shared bathroom with another tenant in near future. I live in the master bed and have my own bathroom. Ac/heat in bedrooms, just repainted and refreshed whole house. New mirrored closet doors and solid core bedroom doors installed. House currently uses natural, organic or non-toxic cleaning products and hoping for similar in tenants. Utility payment is $100/month which includes Gas/Electricity, water/sewer and trash. Tenants are given space and privacy.
