This unit is super quiet end unit, second floor unit over looking tree lined canyon view. Excellent north western light disposition with large widows and high ceiling in living room. Skylight in bright bathroom with shower and large counter sink.
As owner we only own units that we would be willing to reside, and this condo is truly a gem. Drive onto the property located at Canyon Creek HOA, one side of the complex are managed apartments, and our side are owned individually condos. Application process directly through owner than a rental company, so we encourage prospective tenants to engage us if you are interested in viewing. The complex is only a short walk to Canyon Crest shopping complex: there is a Ralphs, restaurants, gas, banking, Rite Aid, and more. Also about 1.5 miles to UCR. Easy to even bike to campus.
One car garage for storage, but the unit itself is a spacious one bedroom. Original owner mirrored the bedroom, entry and dining room adding more nature light and created an open feeling. A/C. and ceiling fans. Nice balcony overlooking canyon view. Offers privacy and good separation from others.
Near by is the Sycamore Canyon hiking area, yet another nice attribute to the complex. Several pools and hot spas located on the property.
We are installed new carpet in the bedroom/closet and living room area. the other areas are laminate cheery hardwood or tile.
Pls no pets as this is a second floor condo with no secured yard. If you have pets we suggest you explore 1st floor units.
