If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee. Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Shorter terms will be considered at a higher rent. Deposit is equal to one month’s rent. REQUIREMENTS: INCOME OR SAVINGS Verifiable Combined Monthly Gross Income Needed to Qualify is 3x your portion of the rent.
