Sleeping Arrangements: 1 main bedroom with queen bed plus a full size futon in the living room. Sleeps 4. Full kitchen with coffeemaker and coffee, eat-in kitchen, hot water, and A/C. 1 bathroom with full shower. Large double lot fully fenced and gated. Plenty of room for cars, toys, dogs, etc. Utilities are $150/month and include water, sewer, electric, gas, and internet. There is no trash pickup service. Trash must be taken to community dumpsters located a few blocks away. First, last, and security deposit due at signing.
