Animals must be on a leash when outside of leased premises and shall not be tied to anything outside of leased premises. Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions do apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum full-grown weight is 25 pounds. Monthly pet rent of $75 will be charged per pet.
