In the 2-bedroom townhouses, the bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath and the living room, kitchen, and dining area are downstairs with a 1/2 bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a walk-in closet. Each unit has a fenced-in patio area off of their sliding glass door. The one-bedroom units are all upstairs above the parking carports with no one beneath them. Each one bedroom has a 10 x 10 foot landing at the top of the stairs that can be used for patio furniture. Every unit is assigned a covered carport for 1 vehicle with storage cabinets at the back of the carport. There is extra parking for a second vehicle on a 1st come first serve basis.
