We have various beach toys available for your enjoyment including: surf board, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, fire pit & propane grill. When you return from the beach, clean off the sand outside with the hot water exterior beach shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine including pots, pans, utensils, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, teapot, pot holders, corkscrews, etc. The kitchen is also supplied with coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, and other supplies (paper towels, sponges, dish soap, trash bags, etc). All the comforts of home. Just bring your groceries and enjoy. No smoking or vaping. No parties. Self check-in using keypad lock. The code will be texted to you 1-2 days before arrival. Parking. If you have a car, you WILL have a place to park. There is abundant free public parking very close to the property. Overnight (7 nights per week) and weekend daytime parking (Sat and Sunday days) is available in the USPS lot just 120' from our house. There's also plenty of unrestricted (no time limit) free daytime street parking just a 3-minute walk from the house. And if you ever have difficulty finding public parking, you can always park in our driveway. With some locations in MB, tenants can spend a lot of time search for parking; that is not the case here. EV Charging. There are 4 free public EV chargers located very close to the property.
