The one that is coming available is the 1st unit up with the burgundy/red paint. It’s wonderful inside- classic funky Silver Lake 20’s bungalow with mostly original windows, hardwood floors and Spanish character maintained throughout. All appliances are clean and nice-and there's a washer/dryer inside each unit! There is a small private gated outdoor yard area beside each unit for sunning, barbecuing, etc. The other 3 units are filled with cool young professionals-quiet, respectful…great neighbors and tenants. The available unit is at 942 Hyperion Ave. The rent is $3,250.00 per month. First, last and security deposit required. Dogs are discussable if they’re quiet and reasonable. Cats are ok. It’s South of Sunset-not too far up the hill. Just look for the green fence! NO annoying mutant neighbors-only really cool Silver Lake people. NO annoying mutant owner (if I do say so myself)--only me and I really care that you are happy and comfortable in your home.
