This ADU has it's own private entrance and front yard; it's really the perfect situation for anyone looking to rent a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. It's a brand new construction, with brand new appliances. In-unit washer dryer. All applicants must pay a $50 application fee, which we'll be using to run a background check. But feel free to call or email to set up a walkthrough before applying. If you do want to apply, we're looking for an income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and will ask for 2 months of pay stubs as proof. To move into the unit you'll need to pay $3200 for first months rent + an additional $3200 as a security deposit. Some utilities, such as gas and sewage, are included, but water, power, cable, internet, etc. are not.
