Furnished LA Sublet available starting Sept 1! $2800/mo - 1 bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath house, but you’d have the whole house to yourself 90-95% of the time as we will be living full time out at our place in Palm Springs, coming into town occasionally for work events, concerts, etc. The house is in Atwater Village (between Los Feliz and Glendale), with a view of Griffith Park and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, bakeries, Costco, gyms, the LA River and bus stops / the train. Parking included. Washer & Dryer. An outdoor living room / gym / fire pit space for parties. No pets, alas, as when we do have to come to town, we might bring our dogs.
