Great for person on work assignment or remodeling their own home. Located at border of Venice and Marina del rey. Just a 2 mile bike ride to lovely beaches and close to Santa Monica , Culver city , Beverly hills and all Metro lines. Our studio features all gold fixtures , new grey vinyl floors, quartz counter kitchen and kitchen island for extra kitchen storage. We also have a lovely tile shower with good storage and lighting that we think you will love. The new firm queen bed is so comfortable and we have a good size closet w/ mirror for all your clothing storage. We usually do not need AC in this area and we have a new large ceiling fan w/ remote . We have a dutch door on the west wall and french doors on the north wall to enjoy all the lovely breezes. Step out into our mostly drought resistant yard with hammock , dining area and bbq . We live in a very quiet neighborhood and prefer a very quiet tenant, we are very respectful of our neighbors. Quiet time is from approx . 10pm to 8am. . The studio is about 400 - 500 sq feet , seems larger with outdoor yard and patio. We love our neighbors and we all watch out for each other and try to be respectful. There is shared parking on our driveway and on the street and at the corner . There is a bus line a half block from our house & usually many scooters and bikes to rent about a block down on Venice Blvd. Lots of trendy shops and cafes are walking distance from our sought after location. We are getting quotes for washer dryer behind the unit ! TI recommend going to the Mar vista Framers Market Sundays from 9am to 1pm. There are lots of events in our area. The Marina has out door concerts , movies and many other cafes , and water activities to enjoy. Just search the area for daily and weekly events all year round . There is a Costco, Whole foods, Trader joes and many small stores nearby as well . Also Century city Mall and Santa Monica Promenade for premium shopping and fun . We are looking for a quiet mature professional. We have lived in this safe area for about 25 years and we love it here. Sometimes I do have my tea on the back deck outside. Our backyard has a small garden so feel free to partake but also leave some for us lol. We May consider a small well behaved dog. !! . We do have ring security cameras set up and have never had a problem. When I am home we do have a cute sweet shih tzu doggy and a hypoallergenic cat who are both very friendly.
