Living in this home will be an experience you will not forget. Guest access Guest has private exclusive access to the entire home. The home has an alarm system which guest may have access to if they wish. Other things to note We take pride in our home and you will find everything to be top quality, so therefore, we do not allow parties or events of any kind. If you rent the home and want to have small gatherings, please be prepared to share the details with me and make sure that it fits with our business model. This is an exclusive neighborhood with many celebrities, high ranking CEOs and VIPs, and we do not want to disturb the peace and privacy of our neighbors. We want guests who will respect the neighbors and live harmoniously within the community. This property is situated in a High Fire Hazard Zone per the City of Los Angeles, and therefore, guests should be acutely aware that if they do choose to smoke outside, then they must dispose of their cigarette butts and ashes very carefully and purposely so as to not start a fire. We also require our guests to sign a rental agreement and provide photo identification upon check in. We do personal check-ins to give our guests the best possible personal experience and since there is a lot of high-tech equipment, we will show you how to operate everything. Additionally, we require weekly interim cleanings by our cleaning company at a reduced rate of $250 unless other arrangements have been made. We also require an accidental Damage protection insurance policy be obtained by guests prior to arrival from Generali Insurance Company at a cost of $99 for $5,000 in coverage.
