2378 Loma Vista Pl Rental

I’m looking to sell the house. That could be a month to 3 from now. Just updated price with a discount. Tenants moved out March 1. Just finished cleaning today, fixing a broken window but should be ready tomorrow. Currently the rental is available until then it could be longer depending on if it sells. Pets are welcome but not big ones. It’s a very small place. It’s also really old, as is the furniture. It’s sort of like glamping. Think Topanga canyon, cabin but in the middle of silver lake. I rent using (partially) the Airbnb app so that the home is insured. It will be empty in the next week. Please shoot me a text, not a call. I’m looking for someone that understands the below description. The house has a deck, fireplace, views of lake and Hollywood sign. It’s cozy and very functional. It’s a magical little place if you like the topanga canyon, cabin vibe. FURNISHED, no room for any furniture at all. Very rustic, looks just like you pictures. That said, I cannot take pictures of its rustic-ness that really show the vibe. This is like a Topanga canyon hippie pad. There’s a ton of old wood, not finished, raw, artsy., bugs and sometimes critters. Lots of wildlife. You have to know if you leave doors open, they’ll come in also. Be self sufficient. Long Term okay! Just like a 2 month trial period first. Then month by month. There’s a small ac unit in den but it doesn’t do much.
