He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee, with additional certifications in Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development (NAIOP), Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI), and Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance). His technical proficiency includes advanced skills in MS Office and Adobe Presentations, enabling precise financial forecasting and compelling project presentations.
In addition to his role at Aria Properties, Dennis leads Maynard Capital Group, a separate venture focused on acquiring and managing cash-flowing multifamily properties nationwide, emphasizing capital protection and consistent returns for investors.
