11622 Oxnard St Townhouse

This spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths -- two of the rooms are rented out (one room has my husband and I in it), and the other room is rented out to a full-time working professional who is one of the nicest guys you could live with. The 3rd bedroom is for rent and will become available beginning june 1st 2017. It has a private little balcony, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and then we all share a pretty large living room and kitchen space. The townhouse is close to the 170N and the metro line on Lankershim; we're also 3 minutes from the arts districts and have the police department just down the street on Irvine. Our neighborhood is clean, safe, and pretty calm. My husband and I manage this property and are both full-time working creative professionals who work in the industry, and occasionally teaching private music students. We have peaceful personalities and love keeping the space in our home judgement-free and drama-free. Our other roommate was with us for 2.5 years before getting a new job and having to move out. We would love to find an awesome new roommate who has a full-time job doing what they love and is calm and responsible...with everything - life, rent, staying healthy (physically & mentally) and absolutely drug free.
